Join Us in shaping the future crewing of Wilson
Wilson Ship Management is looking for a skilled and organized Crewing Officer to take over responsibility for European seafarers.

About the Position
As Crewing Officer based in Poland, you will act as the crewing agent for Wilson in Europe. You will be responsible for crew planning, recruitment, documentation, and payroll administration for European seafarers.
The position reports to the Head of Crewing (Norway)

Main Responsibilities
• Daily follow-up of crew.
• Maintain crew documentation and planning in internal systems
• Follow up on renewal of certificates / flag endorsements.
• Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC, flag state, and company procedures
• Planning and follow up of courses, conferences, crew welfare, performance, and career development.
• Crew recruitment of European seafarers and coordination of crew changes for assigned vessels

We are looking for someone who has
• Experience in crewing
• Familiarity with European maritime labour practices.
• Experience with crew management systems.
• Structured, proactive, and independent working style
• Independence combined with teamwork skills and flexibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. The working language is largely English.
